PRODUCTION TIME

What is the production time for pieces?

Our furniture is made to order and customized for each client. The average production time is around ninety days, though this may vary depending on the project's complexity, the number of pieces, and the time of year.

Are showroom display pieces available for immediate delivery?

Occasionally, showroom pieces are available for immediate purchase depending on the collection's status. Our team can advise you on available models and current conditions.

BESPOKE PIECES & CUSTOMISATION

Does Madeira Negra make fully bespoke pieces?

Yes. For clients who want unique solutions, our design office develops personalised furniture created from scratch for the space in question.

Is it possible to customise dimensions, finishes or fabrics?

All our pieces can be customised in dimensions, materials and finishes. We have various options for wood, lacquers, fabrics, technical leathers and premium solutions.

Can you reproduce a piece from a reference or photograph?

Yes, whenever technically and legally feasible. Our team evaluates the reference and proposes a bespoke solution respecting the desired aesthetics and characteristics.

INTERIOR PROJECTS & 3D SERVICE

Does Madeira Negra develop interior projects?

Yes. We create complete interior projects for homes and commercial spaces. The service includes moodboards, piece selection, 3D visualisation and technical support until final installation.

How does the interior design service work?

The process includes an initial consultation, needs assessment, 3D proposal creation, subsequent refinements, and final implementation. Every stage is closely guided by our design team.

Do I have to buy Madeira Negra furniture to use the 3D service?

It's not mandatory, but in most projects the client chooses to integrate our pieces to guarantee aesthetic coherence and optimised technical execution.

DELIVERIES & ASSEMBLY

Which areas do you deliver and assemble in?

We deliver throughout mainland Portugal. Assembly is carried out by experienced teams who ensure the meticulous placement and verification of every piece.

Do delivery and assembly have additional costs?

Costs depend on location, access and number of pieces. Whenever campaigns or special conditions exist, these are presented at the time of purchase.

Is it possible to schedule delivery for a specific day?

Yes. Our team coordinates the most convenient date with the client, according to the planned delivery routes, and provides advance notice prior to arrival.

Do you deliver to apartments without lifts?

Yes. The cost may vary depending on the difficulty of access. Our team analyses each situation on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed at our showroom or through direct contact with the commercial team.

What are the payment conditions?

Generally, orders require an initial deposit. The remaining balance is settled before delivery. Complete conditions are presented in the commercial proposal.

What payment methods are available?

We accept bank transfer and other electronic methods upon confirmation with the team.

Can I change an order after confirmation?

Adjustments may be possible during the initial stages of the process. Once production begins, further changes may no longer be feasible. Our team provides continuous updates on the status of your order.

SHOWROOM

What are the showroom opening hours?

The showroom is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes, you can visit whenever you wish. For interior projects, we recommend booking in advance to ensure dedicated assistance.

Does the showroom display all collections?

The showroom includes selected environments and representative pieces. Some complete collections are available only by catalogue or project.

WARRANTY, RETURNS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Do the pieces have a warranty?

Yes. All products have a legal warranty and after-sales support. If needed, the team accompanies the process from evaluation to resolution.

I received a defective piece. What should I do?

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photograph or detailed description. Our team will evaluate and present the appropriate solution.

Can I return or cancel an order?

As pieces are produced to order and customised, it is not possible to cancel or return after production begins. Showroom pieces follow their own conditions which are explained at the time of purchase.

Can colours and materials vary between samples and the final product?

Yes. Subtle variations may occur due to natural textures, production batches, lighting, and the inherent characteristics of natural wood and fabrics.

Does Madeira Negra offer technical support for architects and designers?

Yes. We work regularly with professionals and provide technical support, drawings and specifications.
